1. Ability to lead workshops for business requirement gathering & design alignment. 2. Good communication skills - ability to connect with various regional leaders ( US,EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC) 3. Should be able to partner/collaborate with QO Business & IT stakeholders & Accenture team 4. Ability to recommend GTS Best practices. 5. Should be able to work with Accenture team to for build, testing & training (OCM). 6. Technical Skills: Should be hands on all SAP GTS modules - compliance, customs, Preference management & Compliance reporting ( intrastat). Need to have E2E process mapping experience.
