Role Description We are seeking a reliable Spa Coordinator to support front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and manage check in and check out

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Process payments

Maintain cleanliness of the spa including laundry and common areas

Support daily operations

Requirements

Strong customer service skills

Reliable and organized

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Ability to handle a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Prior customer service experience

Compensation

$17 dollars per hour
