Requirements

  • Payroll experience
  • Multi-state payroll processing
  • 3+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing for high-volume employee populations (500+)

About the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll & Human Resource Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for processing high-volume, multi-state payroll for 500+ employees while also supporting HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end, multi-state payroll for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintain and update payroll records, tax documents, and employee data
