Assistant For Real Estate Sales Team

We're searching for a diligent assistant for a real estate sales team. You'll be responsible for assisting in marketing campaigns, preparation of properties for the market, staff team and client events, and other administrative tasks. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, have an eye for design and details, be interested in real estate and interior design, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Responsibilities

• Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
• Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
• Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
• Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
• Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
• Real estate license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Available evenings and weekends
