Adecco is hiring for a Machine Operator in Peabody, MA. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Pay rate: $23-25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Machine Setup and Operation: Calibrate, configure, and operate machinery according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
Production Monitoring: Oversee the production process, ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency and output meets quality standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery to prevent downtime.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and measure parts to ensure they meet specifications, often using tools like calipers or gauges.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and maintain a clean work environment.
Documentation: Record production data, including units produced, material usage, and downtime in logs or digital systems.
