This role involves providing outpatient rehabilitation services at a healthcare facility and requires candidates to bring their active license on the first day. The position offers a standard work schedule during daytime hours, starting on June 1, 2026, with an emphasis on credentialing and documentation requirements. Job Details: Location: Woodstock, Illinois Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Shift Time: Days Shift Hours: 8 hours per day Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours Float: Float rotation may be required. (Note: Float not required for this position) Required Qualifications: Active physical therapy license; no specific experience or education requirements listed; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be available for a minimum of 0 years of experience. Schedule: 8 hours/day during daytime hours, minimum 40 hours/week, starting June 1, 2026. Additional Information: Credentialing required; experience in setting is preferred, equipment provided during interview; billing cycle is weekly; notice period is 30 days. Submission requirements: Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at this organization within the last year should be redirected as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year prior, their eligibility for rehire must be confirmed by providing their name and date of birth to the designated contact.
