Medical Billing, Coding & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: San Antonio, TXPay: $21/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing, Coding & AR Specialist to joina fast-paced physician group. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining healthy revenue cycles by managing insurance claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and denied submissions to secure reimbursement

· Investigate and resolve billing issues with insurance payers, patients, and internal staff

· Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections

· Research discrepancies and correct coding or billing errors

· Respond to patient billing inquiries and assist with account resolution

Required Qualifications
