  • Serve as thefirst point of contact for high‑revenue LATAM (Brazil) client inquiries via phone and email

  • Read, analyze, and determine appropriate resolution for client requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client issues, inquiries, and technical support needs

  • Ensure accurate handling, documentation, and quality assurance while managing multiple systems simultaneously

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
