🔥 Direct Hire Opportunity – Quality Lead📍 Warren, MI🕒 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM💲 Up to $35/hour plus benefits
The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Quality Lead to support inspection and production quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting operators, coordinating workflow, conducting audits, and driving quality and process improvements across the department.
Key Responsibilities:• Support daily inspection and process operations as a senior team member or process lead• Assign workloads and provide hands-on technical support as needed• Train and cross-train employees to ensure process efficiency and accuracy• Conduct layered audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other departments to resolve issues• Maintain Gemba boards, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives• Support safety, HS&E, 6S, and manufacturing system compliance• Assist with overtime scheduling and departmental support activities• Provide input for operator performance evaluations and development
