- Cut, strip, terminate, bundle, and label wires
- Use hand tools, jigs, and layout boards
- Perform soldering and rework (based on experience level)

- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on mechanical work preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions
- Comfortable reading simple diagrams or willing to learn
