Sr HR Manager / Director

We're partnering with a growing, sustainability-focused manufacturing company in Rosemount, MN to hire a Senior Manager of Human Resources. This is a highly visible role reporting to the CFO, where you'll shape HR strategy, lead key initiatives, and directly impact culture and growth. Worksite Location: Rosemount, MN Onsite 5 days a week

Salary Range: $120,000 $150,000 (depends on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, driving engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness

Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and performance management processes

Develop HR metrics and reporting to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness

Support organizational development initiatives, including structure, processes, and workforce planning

Promote training and development programs and a culture of continuous learning

Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Lead employment policy development in partnership with senior leadership

Manage HR department budget and align resources with organizational priorities

Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and development to the HR team

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices

Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR technologies preferred
