Description

Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on daily routes

Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance

Ensure all properties meet quality standards and client expectations

Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc.)

Manage time, materials, and route efficiency to meet daily production goals

Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or customer concerns

Ensure all safety guidelines and company policies are followed

2+ years of landscaping maintenance experience required

Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment

Ability to lead a team, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Valid driver's license required (clean driving record preferred)

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
