This is a visible, strategic role partnering closely with distributors, manufacturer's reps, engineers, municipalities, and internal product teams. If you thrive on business development, consultative selling, and influencing outcomes across a complex sales ecosystem-this role is for you. Drive new business and account growth across the Midwest region

Manage and support manufacturer's reps and distributors, including training and performance monitoring
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and bids aligned with customer specs and budgets
Represent IXOM Watercare at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer visits
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM data
Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal teams
Meet short term sales goals and build relationships to fill the sales funnel and support longer term goals large multi-year projects
What We're Looking For
3+ years of sales experience in water, wastewater, or a related technical/industrial market
Experience working with engineers, municipalities, utilities, or industrial customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing a multi-state territory
Ability to travel up to 40%
Must live within the Midwest territory listed
Education & Tools
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, Science, or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Compensation
Base salary: $115,000-$125,000
Annual sales-based bonus
