Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $250,000 - $325,000 annually (based on experience and training; to be discussed at interview)
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: actual compensation discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU with an average daily census of 13-15

  • Support transport calls and manage NICU admissions, including transports from surrounding facilities
  • Contribute to evidence-based clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
  • Build a meaningful career in a community-rich environment near the Finger Lakes

What You Need:

  • Board Certification in Neonatology
  • Valid NY medical license or eligible for licensure
  • Fellowship completed in Neonatology
  • Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
