We are assisting one of our clients in hiring an Asian Marketing Lead for their innovative Bitcoin Layer2 project. The client is a rapidly growing blockchain company committed to advancing Bitcoin scalability and usability. They are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and ecosystem growth in the Asian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the Asian blockchain ecosystem.
• Coordinate and manage cross-channel campaigns, including online marketing, PR, webinars, and social media activities.

Community Building & Engagement

• Foster and grow a dynamic developer and user community across platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and WeChat.
• Set metrics for user engagement and implement strategies to continuously improve community interaction.

Event Management & Product Launches

• Organize high-impact events such as conferences, hackathons, and meetups to promote the project.
• Lead product launches and feature rollouts with creative campaigns and messaging strategies.

Partnership Development

• Build relationships with exchanges, wallet providers, infrastructure partners, and influencers to enhance visibility.
• Secure partnerships that support ecosystem growth and broaden user adoption.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in blockchain or ecosystem marketing, with measurable results in campaigns and community-building efforts.
• Community Building Expertise: Strong ability to engage, nurture, and grow active communities across various platforms.
• Event Management: Proven experience in organizing impactful events such as conferences or hackathons.
• Asian Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of blockchain trends, user behaviors, and regulatory considerations in Asia.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with global teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Bitcoin Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bitcoin, Layer2 technologies, and the broader ecosystem.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Bitcoin scaling solutions, including Lightning Network or other Layer2 protocols.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Existing relationships with influencers or community leaders in the Asian blockchain ecosystem.
