• Rn: starting at $39/hour
• Lpn: starting at $32/hour plus weekend and bonus incentives!

Position Summary

As an rn or lpn, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support cnas on your shift
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active rn or lpn license (illinois)
• Current cpr certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Capable of assisting residents as needed
• Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the role
