Customer Service Representative with Voda Cleaning & Restoration
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Phone Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers by scheduling appointments, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuringa positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

This is a full-time (40 hours), hourly, in-person position that does not require travel. The position reports to the owner & general manager and does not have any reporting positions at this time.
Primary responsibilities include answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, confirming jobs and appointments, providing accurate information, handling customer complaints, documenting customer interactions, following up with customers, making outbound calls, collaborating with other departments, meeting performance metrics, and participating in staff and management team meetings.
Performance skillsets include verbal and written communication, team building, planning and organizing, adaptability, dependability, and technology proficiency.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven customer service experience, familiarity with the cleaning and restoration industry, financial reporting skills, leadership skills, mathematical skills, and computer skills.
The working environment involves handling moderate to high call volume, lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds, and a generally quiet noise level. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
