Varies by role but all commonly share:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers both on premises and by phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them to appropriate merchandise and solutions.
• Provide project solutions and complementary product suggestions to enhance customer projects.
• Assist customers with basic product as well as advanced project solution needs.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by being informed about new products, services, and vendor offerings to improve the overall customer experience.
• Share observations and ideas for improvements to be made in meeting our customer service objectives.
• Perform as part of a team which maintains a reputation for dependable customer service.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year No matter who you are or where you call home, you add something powerful to any team you're on.
