Now Hiring: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – All Shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM)

Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents on a full-time schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team committed to professional growth, consistent scheduling, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
• Observe and monitor resident health and vital signs, documenting accurately.
• Consult with Registered Nurses (RN) and Unit Managers regarding care plans.
• Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
