Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard log sources into the organization's security event management (SIEM) system to enhance monitoring and visibility
- Partner with security analysts to develop and document SOC playbooks for incident response and standard operating procedures
- Create and maintain dashboards to track security metrics, KPIs, and KRIs, supporting data-driven decision making
- Assist with security awareness initiatives, including training coordination, testing efforts, and user engagement

Education and/or Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- Exposure through coursework, internships, or academic projects related to technology, security, systems engineering, or data analysis is preferred
- Strong interest in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, systems architecture, and applying technical solutions to support business operations
Skills and Abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems
- Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with relational databases
