Pediatric Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our team at Nemours Children's Health, Kingswood in Delaware. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients, with the opportunity to contribute to academic and research initiatives and mentor residents. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in evidence-based care and collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care, including outpatient dental care and emergency department on-call services.
• Support dental outreach, research, and scholarly activities within the Division of Dentistry.
• Provide on-call emergency care management education to pediatric dental residents
• Possible additional future opportunity to provide clinical education instruction in the outpatient setting to pediatric dental residents.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a CODA-accredited residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, or intent to complete board certification within 3 years of employment.
• Eligible for a standard dental license to practice in the State of Delaware.
• Preference for candidates with hospital training, at least 1 year of pediatric dentistry practice at the time of employment start, and experience treating children with medical complexity.
