Process Improvement Manager
This role will require onsite presence of a minimum of four days per week in the Greater New York City area. Day to day tasks include researching and gaining understanding of current processes, formally documenting and maintaining a roadmap for future process improvement opportunities, managing the project pipeline, creating and maintaining project plans, business cases, cost benefit trackers, training, and communication plans, facilitating change management processes, developing and implementing complex process efficiencies, reporting project performance and status to management and other project stakeholders, managing compliance and governance programs, leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, influencing parties of shared interests to reach an agreement, applying knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving day-to-day and moderately complex issues, and guiding the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information.
The ideal candidate will have a project management background along with process improvement experience, preferably in corporate interior renovation and financial client experience. Work in a corporate real estate environment is preferred, as well as analysis and gap resolution experience. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department are required, along with advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware, extensive organizational skills, and a strong inquisitive mindset.
