Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator – Home Health Care Agency Location: Albuquerque, NM Pay: $15/hour Job Type: Long-Term Temporary Assignment Company: Ōnin Staffing is hiring for a client in the Albuquerque area. Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator for a home health care agency in Albuquerque. This is a long-term temporary opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.

Job Summary

The Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator will help coordinate caregiver and client schedules, communicate with clients and staff, update schedules, and support daily office operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a busy healthcare office environment.

Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregivers and home health staff for client visits
  • Communicate with clients, caregivers, and office staff in English and Spanish
  • Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling questions or changes
  • Update schedules accurately in the system
  • Help coordinate coverage for call-outs, changes, or urgent scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and employees
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or office experience preferred
  • Home health care experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
