Senior Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our claims product within the Health Care Company mobile app and web experience. The successful candidate will be a key technical lead, responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and driving product strategy through strategic and feature roadmap development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with business partners and stakeholders to gather, interpret, and prioritize user requirements into user stories tied to OKRs.
• Interpret vision and translate requirements for engineering teams.
• Monitor capital budget at the feature/scrum team level and raise awareness of variations.
• Understand and contribute to initiatives and value propositions to deliver holistic solutions.
• Communicate effectively to build relationships with key stakeholders including scrum teams, product leads, and delivery leads.
• Support prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, technical limitations, performance, and operational aspects.
• Diffuse conflict by driving consensus based on the greater good of the product and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and interface well with direct leadership.
• Drive product strategy through strategic and feature roadmap development.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve product capabilities.
• Translate technical terms and concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in removing obstacles, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment.
• Leverage SMEs to balance subject matter expertise in the product, business use cases, and technical aptitude.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships including design, engineering, and business leaders.
• Support and manage product backlog of enhancements and new features.
• Understand a feature's impact/relationship on other portfolio capabilities (dependencies).
