Full Stack Tech Lead Onsite Cincinnati
Client: Fischer Homes
Location: Cincinnati
Salary/Rate: 120K + Benefits
Duration: long term
Remote/hybrid/onsite: Onsite
Client Round Yes
8 to 12 years of IT experience with good hands-on experience in React and Node JS
Expertise in Full stack react, node, DB, etc
Experience in developing low level and high-level designs for web applications
Experience in leading a team of 2 to 5
Communication with other leads and participate in customer reviews
Identify development components and distribute to the development team
Provide approach and guide the team towards the project goals
Participate in PI planning, Sprint planning
Provide planning inputs for PI planning and sprint planning
Provide approach and ensure code quality
Ownership of deliverables
