As an educator / trainer leader in our shop, will enjoy these perks:
- Educators make an Average of $25.00-$35.00 per hour including Tips and Commission
- Commission on Retail and Membership Sales
- Blowout, braid, and updo training that is paid!
- flexible code: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim. That's it. That's the dress code.
- An amazing, fun, family-feel shop culture
- 40 % off all of our amazing products and tools
- FREE Blowouts Sunday- Thursday
- Positivity and Dedication to their craft
- Has a preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist with a strong emphasis in styling and blowouts or 1 year as a cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don't let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)
- Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
- A desire to provide exceptional service & always striving to be the best they can be
- Strong communication skills and the desire for creating a great experience for our guests
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- A supportive team player who supports their fellow teammembers, takes initiate, and self starts.
- Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
- Has a proven track record of stellar customer service and sales- customers love you!
- Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments & Multi-task with ease
