Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Covid vaccine or weekly testing
• 1 year minimum experience in a facility-based position
• BLS/CPR PPD within one year
• Active LPN license
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds or more without restrictions
• Must be able to stand and walk for long hours without restrictions
• Must be able to lift and bend without restrictions
