Audit Preparation Specialist

This is a remote position. WFH | Full-Time | PST (Pacific Standard Timezone) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Preparation Specialist to support audit readiness by preparing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and coordinating with auditors. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and experience working with US-based companies or clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organize financial records and supporting documentation for audits Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process Handle department rollovers and equity rollovers with accuracy Review financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness Qualifications: Proven experience in accounting, audit, or a related field Required: Experience working with US-based clients or companies Strong background in audit preparation and financial compliance Experience managing department and equity rollovers High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills
