We are currently seeking an "Admin Assistant" for a Contract role with one of our clients. Please apply if you are interested and available for it. Duration: 12+ Months Contract Pay Range: $20- $25/Hr. on W2 Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Description:

  • Provideadministrative and coordination support to multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Support daily operations by prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing competing requests.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Client Office tools.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
  • Administrative, coordination, or operational support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Client Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Excel - ability to create pivot tables or macros a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work.
