Training Administrator
The Training Administrator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Staff Learning & Development function, ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and delivery of training programs across the Houston Zoo. This role manages logistics, scheduling, communications, compliance tracking, and reporting, serving as the backbone of the Zoo's learning infrastructure. By absorbing high-volume administrative and reactive tasks, the Training Administrator supports strategic learning initiatives aligned with the Zoo's mission, vision, core values, and forthcoming strategic plan. This position plays a critical role in strengthening organizational effectiveness, consistency, and staff development outcomes.
