divh2Epic Program Application Manager/h2pThe EPIC Program Application Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for Epic front-end and back-end revenue cycle systems. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic applications that enable patient access, billing, reimbursement, revenue integrity, and financial performance across the enterprise. The Director partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance, HIM, Compliance, and Clinical leadership to ensure Epic solutions support compliant, efficient, and patient-centered revenue operations./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliLead and manage Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle application teams, including hiring, development, performance management, and succession planning./liliProvide strategic direction for Epic applications supporting: Scheduling, Registration, Eligibility Benefits; Referrals and Authorizations; Professional and Hospital Billing; Claims, Remittance, Follow-Up, and Denials; Charge Capture and Revenue Integrity workflows./liliOversee Epic system design, build, testing, implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives./liliCollaborate with operational leaders to translate business requirements into scalable Epic solutions./liliEnsure systems support regulatory compliance, payer requirements, and organizational policies./liliEstablish and maintain application roadmaps aligned with organizational access, financial, and growth strategies./liliLead large-scale implementations and enhancements, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and go-live execution./liliPartner with IT leadership and governance bodies to prioritize work, manage demand, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy./liliOversee vendor relationships and integrations, including Epic, clearinghouses, and third-party revenue cycle solutions./liliDrive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across access and revenue cycle applications./liliProvide executive-level communication, reporting, and decision support./li/ulh3You Will Be Successful If/h3ulliYou are a strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills./liliYou are customer-focused and outcomes-oriented./liliYou have the ability to lead through change and organizational complexity./liliYou demonstrate strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude./liliYou are an effective collaborator across clinical, operational, and technical teams./li/ulh3What You Will Bring/h3h3Required/h3ulliBachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)./lili8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT supporting revenue cycle and/or patient access operations./lili3+ years of people leadership experience managing application teams./liliDemonstrated expertise supporting Epic Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications in a complex healthcare environment./liliStrong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and clinical financial integration./liliProven experience leading large, cross-functional projects and system implementations./liliExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills./li/ulh3Preferred/h3ulliEpic certifications in applications such as Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, Grand Central (Revenue Cycle components), Tapestry or related claims modules./liliExperience in academic medical centers, multi-hospital systems, or Community Connect host organizations./liliExperience supporting multi-entity or multi-payer revenue models./liliExperience onboarding MA / connecting to an Epic instance./liliMasters degree in a related field./li/ulpImpresiv Health is a healthcare consulting partner specializing in clinical operations management, enterprise project management, professional services, and software consulting services.
