Instructional Assistant

Assist a certified teacher in providing instruction to individual or small groups; monitor and report student progress. Must have 48 semester hours, an Associates Degree or pass the paraeducator assessment exam.

This is an as-needed position. It is flexible and you can pick the schools and dates that you would like to work. We often need long-term Instructional Assistant sub positions too!!

Steps to follow to become an IA Substitute:

1. Complete the online application.

3. If hired, you will be required to have a FBI Records Check ($54.00 Fee) and Child Abuse Records Check ($10).
4. You will be required to take an online Safe Schools Training as a condition of employment.
