Client Hotels & Resorts is a leading hospitality organization with 25 global brands and an award-winning loyalty program, Client Rewards®. The Director, Paid Media will lead full-funnel, omni-channel media strategy across North America, driving brand awareness, guest acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing.
Director, Paid Media Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omni-channel paid media strategy across Brand and Performance Marketing channels.
- Lead full-funnel media planning in partnership with agency teams, aligning creative, messaging, and investment strategies.
- Oversee a portion of the North America paid media budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital, CRM, PR, Analytics, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of paid and owned media.
- Drive innovation through first-party data utilization, AI-powered targeting, and emerging media technologies.
- Manage external media agency relationships, ensuring flawless campaign activation, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Present strategies, insights, and results to leadership and owner stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Director, Paid Media Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 9–12 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution across digital, CTV, search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale media budgets with measurable performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, ROI-focused mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality, franchise, or multi-brand portfolio experience.
- Advanced certifications in Google, Meta, CTV platforms, or other digital media technologies.
- Experience leveraging first-party data and AI for precision marketing and personalization.
