Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst

Job Description -

We are seeking a Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst with a strong accounting and finance background to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with cost accounting, month-end close support, and enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan and SAP BPC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Perform cost accounting, cost center analysis, and inventory/product flow analysis
• Prepare financial models, reports, and management presentations
• Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to improve financial processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance
• Strong cost accounting and financial analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• Anaplan & SAP BPC or any similar tool.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI
• Financial modeling experience including ROI/NPV analysis
• Exposure to CapEx analysis or M&A activities
