Heist Brewery & Barrel Arts of Charlotte, NC is looking for one pizza chef to join us at our new facility -located at 1030 Woodward Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Experience with a wood-fired oven is preferred.

Heist Brewery is Charlotte's own brewpub located in the heart of the NoDa arts district of Charlotte! We brew our own beer, make our own food, and provide the best service available to the masses of the Queen City.
Responsibilities
- Stretch pizza dough
- Build pizzas as per specification
- Stock ingredients
- Build and maintain a wood-fired oven
- Prepare simple recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- Prior kitchen line experience
- Evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethic & positive attitude
