Senior Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid – New York City or San Francisco | Full-Time

We are in search of a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of an innovative SaaS platform. This role involves working on high-impact projects from inception through to deployment, in close collaboration with product and design teams to deliver solutions that resonate with users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of major product features and initiatives, encompassing both frontend and backend components.
• Design and build scalable infrastructure and services to accommodate rapid growth.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform user requirements into functional product features and technical designs.
• Set and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4–10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.
• Solid computer science fundamentals and a degree from a leading engineering institution.
• Proven track record in leading the development of large-scale, technically intricate products.
• Proficiency in both frontend (React, React Native) and backend (Node/Express, MongoDB) development.
• Strong product and user orientation, with experience in crafting solutions that address real customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to make independent decisions in uncertain environments.
