A per diem Pharmacist opportunity is available in Houston, TX, providing essential long-term care pharmacy services. This role is ideal for experienced pharmacists licensed in Texas, looking to contribute their expertise in a healthcare setting supporting patient well-being. Location:

Houston, TX (4423 Griggs Road, Houston, TX 77021)

Schedule:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Dates: May 25 through June 1

Key Responsibilities:

Perform long-term care pharmacy duties with accuracy and professionalism
Manage medication dispensing and reviews in alignment with patient care plans
Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Active Texas pharmacist license is required
Recent hands-on pharmacist experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
Experience with EnterpriseRx is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
