In our teen substance use treatment, active family participation is essential for recovery. Lotus Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide nursing care and support to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all clients. This position plays a vital role in supporting the clinical and medical team by monitoring client health, administering medications, maintaining medical records, and assisting in coordinating medical services.
Responsibilities:
The LPN provides on-site nursing and attendant care to adolescents residing in Lotus BH facilities. The LPN is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Lotus Behavioral Health and comply with all policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPAA, local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Basic Education and Experience Required:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and nursing services to residents as prescribed by program regulations, and/or individual treatment plan, including collecting medical specimens. Maintains records, including but not limited to Medication Administration, medical records, medical charts, etc. Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings as needed. Responsible for preventing client abuse by adhering to all policies and procedures, attending periodic training, reporting suspicious and inappropriate behavior, and following mandatory abuse reporting requirements.
Pay: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour with differential Holiday pay is paid at time and a half.
