Role Description

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the team to meet performance goals. In this full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, the General Manager will lead staff, manage budgets, implement operational strategies, and ensure adherence to company policies. Qualifications

  • Operational Management Skills: Experience in managing daily operations, implementing policies, and maintaining operational efficiency in hospitality or related fields.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven track record of leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and coaching staff to achieve high performance.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, financial planning, and driving revenue growth strategies.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering superior guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and make informed business decisions.

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in general management, hospitality leadership, or a related field is highly beneficial.
