Job Title

Manage and support Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) systems across global offices (NY, London, Paris, Hong Kong)

Lead AV/UC projects, including installation, configuration, and upgrade of systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Webex, RingCentral) and AV equipment

Provide high-level technical support to executives and during events

Evaluate and recommend new AV/UC technologies to improve operations

Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, and AMX control systems

Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and network connectivity (VPN, VoIP) for AV/UC systems

Manage device deployment and security using JAMF, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and related tools

Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Document processes, provide user training, and maintain system standards
