What You Will Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance online visibility.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.
• Lead a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Drive the overall marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Google Search campaigns.
• Experience in a leadership role within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

Preferred

• Background in AI, B2B, or Devtools industries.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with voice technology and its applications in business.
