As a Bus Aide, you'll be the ultimate ride-along guardian angel, providing safety, support, and a whole lot of heart to our passengers. Responsibilities:

• Assist students/passengers with boarding, riding, and exiting the bus
• Ensure safe securement of wheelchairs and passengers
• Monitor behavior and provide support to prevent incidents
• Communicate with drivers, passengers, and parents/guardians
• Maintain a clean and organized bus environment
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
• must be 18 to apply

• Ability to lift, push, or pull wheelchairs or passengers, if necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with special needs individuals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Background check and clearance
• Drug test (Safety Sensitive Position)
