Job Description Start Date: 08-05-2024 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes Admissions Required? Yes Are temporary privileges available?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? No Patients Per Shift: 12-20 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Required Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in IL only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60- 90 days sooner with clean background Looking for an interventional cardiologist who will also take a general cardiology call. Looking for a physician to work one week at a time. Also, need someone who would have weekend availability We are open to hearing what the provider has available. We are flexible on our schedule to accommodate the right physician. We have several gaps in our schedule in the upcoming months and would like to find a few interventional cardiologist. We have a need for clinic and call so interested in hearing what the physician has available.
