About the Role
The position is a full-time position on the food and beverage team and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and an expert on the menu options for dinner service in the fine dining outlet.
What You Will Do
- Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
- Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
- Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.
- Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery.
What You Bring
- 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required.
- Good communication skills are a necessity for this role.
- Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
