- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of site/civil engineering experience, or a background in all things land development
- Prior Project management a plus
- Clients in the area a plus
- Desire to grow and be a part of a growing team
- Design and project management for a variety of Land Developmetn projects around Jax/St. Augustine, and other parts of Florida
- Collaboration with other engineers in office, including mentoring junior level engineers
- Engaging with clients
