If you're currently working in a dealership parts department and excelling at your job, but feel like you've hit a ceiling, this is a rare opportunity to make a positive career move.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a professional who can step in and perform from day one. Candidates without dealership experience or those still developing at an apprentice level will not be considered.

Requirements:
- Automotive dealership parts experience (manufacturer dealership required), BMW a plus!
- Proven tenure and consistent performance
- Strong retail (face-to-face) customer experience
- Experience with shop counter / technician support
- Wholesale parts experience
- Dealertrack DMS a plus!
- You're reliable, experienced, and know your job
- You contribute every day-but (current) advancement feels limited
- Seniority, structure, or ownership has you "stuck"
- You're not desperate to leave-you're waiting for the right move
