Job Description:

• Good to have PMP or Agile certified Scrum Master
• 11 years in the Project Management Agile Scrum Methodology ITSM Release Change Management
• Good to have hands on on ADO Board for Sprint monitoring IT Service Governance Manager Operations Support Manager Change Manager Incident Manager Project Coordinator Driving comprehensive IT services and delivering full lifecycle project management across infrastructure cloud and development projects
• Expert in overseeing development and deployment phases DEV SITUATPROD
• Lead crossfunctional software engineering teams breaking down larger technological programs to facilitate project staffing and scope management
• Conduct Requirement walk through sessions with Product Owners Scrum teams Application Owners Enterprise Architecture and crossfunctional IT and business teams to finalize the requirements
• Leading all Agile Scrum ceremonies such as Daily stand up Backlog Review Backlog Refinement calls
• Drafting the requirement documents acceptance criteria process flow diagram etc
