Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking an additional Primary Care Physician to join a cornerstone of community healthcare in picturesque Piedmont, Missouri . Designated as a Rural Health Clinic , Saint Francis Clinic Piedmont has proudly served adults and children of all ages since 1970 , delivering compassionate, comprehensive care where patients truly come first.

Our clinic is built on relationships. We emphasize preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and patient education , while also providing skilled management for acute and chronic conditions. With a strong foundation in family medicine, our providers deliver exceptional care across the full spectrum of primary care with the support and resources of the Saint Francis Healthcare System.

• Guaranteed base salary of $350,000 plus wRVU production
• Aggressive student loan repayment paid in full
• $50,000 signing bonus , plus monthly stipend for residents
• 5 weeks of earned time off
• $5,000 CME, licensing, and dues allowance

• Join a collaborative clinic with:
  • 1 Primary Care Physician
  • 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Clinic schedule:
  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
• Primary Care providers participate in:
  • Nursing home rounding
  • Shared call responsibilities
• Willingness to collaborate closely with APPs is essential
• On site specialty support including:
  • Cardiology
  • Orthopedics
• Patient mix includes a blend of traditional family medicine and urgent care type cases
