At GRAEF, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types throughout the country, from small to large, and simple to complex.
For the right Architect, being a member of the GRAEF Industrial Architecture group will provide opportunities to:
- Work on project design teams.
- Work directly with clients.
- Prepare plans, details, and specifications.
- Review code requirements and write reports.
- Preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Mentor less experienced staff.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies.
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
- Experience in the design of industrial or industrial-like building projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
- Training, Mentorship, and Leadership Development Programs
- A team atmosphere dedicated to open communication and collaboration
- Flexible Hours/Hybrid Schedule
- Embed yourself in the community by participating in numerous outside activities that GRAEF endorses and supports
