Collaborate with team members and junior associates to ensure smooth execution
Conduct legal research and draft memos or summaries as needed
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of corporate transactional legal experience in a law firm required
Proven track record of handling M&A transactions from start to finish
Experience drafting and negotiating key corporate and deal-related documents
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission
